Cell Emulator
To test and validate battery-related systems, high-precision cell emulator equipment is essential. At PTS, we offer a safe and controlled testing environment to enable you to test your battery-related systems, simultaneously minimizing the cost and risk associated with actual battery testing.
HW Fault Injection Module
The PTS HW Fault Injection Module revolutionizes hardware safety testing in HiL environments, enabling precise emulation of hardware faults to validate the effectiveness of software safety functions and ensure comprehensive resilience against common hardware failure modes.
Breakout Box
A breakout box allows testing multiple connectors at once. PTS Breakout Box provides access to DUT pins via banana jacks to diagnose and isolate faults in electronic circuits, speeding up troubleshooting and fault diagnoses.
Cell Module Box
PTS Cell Management Board is an electronic circuit board designed to manage and monitor individual battery cells or cell groups within a battery pack. It can simulate and evaluate the behavior of these cells and assess the performance of the Battery Management System (BMS) under different conditions.
Fault Injection Box
Fault Injection Box simulates faults or errors in electrified systems, for evaluating the systems ability to detect and respond to faults, improving its reliability and safety. With fault injection box from PTS, you can introduce faults for up to 55 low voltage and 10 high voltage signals.
Engineering Fixture
Using fixtures from PTS, you can implement hardware tests in the first sample phases. We use our automated fixture tool and your PCB data to manufacture complex fixtures in a cost- and time-optimized manner. Parallel to your prototypes, you can gain access to fixtures and reduce the production time to just 2 weeks.
